In the event you haven't figured it out by now, NORCAR is our abbreviation of North Carolina. Those that live there or visit have experienced the magic. East coast sunrises from the OBX; cities like Asheville, Charlotte and Raleigh are loaded with culture and creativity; sunsets from the Appalachian mountain lines boast opportunities like no other state in the U.S.

We seek living in the moment and embracing our time on this earth. How, you ask? Just walk to your front door and look outside. Now, go there. If you're experienced at getting outside, do more during austere times and locations. Or go embrace something new with a friend. For the rookies: walk, hike, bike, skate, climb, swim, drink, eat, relax or just go play outdoors. When you find one that excites you, dive in some more.

What is more important than enjoying your life? Now, get outside to decompress, get grounded, and start living!
